A few common questions about how Website Care works.
What happens if I don't renew Website Care?
Your website will remain yours and can stay online. We’ll transfer responsibility for the website and its ongoing platform/hosting costs to you. From that point, you’ll pay the website platform directly and DigitalDelSol will no longer provide maintenance, updates or ongoing support. You can always return to a Website Care plan later.
Does Website Care renew automatically?
No. Your Website Care plan does not automatically renew unless you specifically choose to continue. We'll contact you before your current care period ends.
What counts as a small website change?
Small changes generally include minor text edits, image replacements and simple updates to existing pages. Larger redesigns, new pages or new functionality may be quoted separately.
What happens if I need something that isn't included?
If you need work outside your care plan, we'll let you know before carrying it out and provide a separate price where required.
Is my first year of Website Care really included?
Yes. Your first year of Website Care is included with your website package at no additional cost.
Who provides the website hosting?
Your website is hosted through the platform it is built on. Website Care covers our ongoing management and support of that setup according to the services included in your plan.
