Launch is designed for businesses that need a professional online presence. Business is ideal if you need additional functionality such as bookings, multilingual content and stronger SEO. Premium is for businesses that need more advanced functionality such as payments, member areas, automation or third-party integrations.

You pay 50% of your package price as a deposit to start the project. The remaining 50% is due once your website has been completed and approved, before it goes live.

We'll ask you to complete a simple website brief and provide the information needed for your site, such as your business details, logo, services, text, images, contact details and any design preferences.

You provide the core information about your business, services and any specific wording that must be included. We organise and present that content professionally within the website and can guide you on what is needed for each page.

Launch websites are normally completed within 3–5 business days once we have received everything required. Business and Premium projects may take longer depending on the number of pages, languages, integrations and functionality involved. Any expected timeframe will be confirmed before work begins.

Yes. Once the project has been fully paid for, the website is yours. DigitalDelSol may continue to manage hosting, maintenance and support while you are covered by Website Care.

Yes. Your website is built on an easy-to-use platform, so you can make basic content updates yourself. If you would rather have us make updates for you, additional ongoing support is available through Website Care Plus.

The cost of purchasing a domain name is not included in the package price. If you already own a domain, we can connect it to your new website. If you need one, we can help you get it set up.

Your first year of Website Care is included with your website package and covers the hosting and ongoing care specified in your included plan. Before the included period ends, we'll contact you with the option to continue Website Care.

Before the included care period ends, we'll contact you with the available Website Care options. You can choose to renew with DigitalDelSol or take responsibility for the website and its ongoing platform or hosting costs yourself.

After we send you the first version of your website, you’ll have the opportunity to review it and request changes. A revision round is one set of changes that you send to us at the same time.

The number of revision rounds included depends on your package:

• Launch: 2 revision rounds
• Business: 4 revision rounds
• Premium: 6 revision rounds

We recommend reviewing the website carefully and sending all your requested changes together in each round. This helps us make the updates efficiently and keeps your project moving towards launch.

Your website remains yours and can stay online. We'll transfer responsibility for the website and its ongoing platform or hosting costs to you. DigitalDelSol will no longer provide ongoing maintenance, updates or technical support unless you choose to return to a Website Care plan later.

Yes. Multi-language functionality is available with the appropriate package. You provide the final approved content for each language and we configure and format it across the website.
